Today's focus: "CONVENIENCE"
Most urban shoppers are willing to pay the “comfort” price while scrolling Q-Com apps from their smartphones back home.
Do you also relate to the convenience that these 10-minute delivery Q-Com apps are able to provide while you seek to meet your daily grocery needs?
Consumer POV: Customers want what they need now and they will switch platforms if it’s out of stock or hard to find. Convenience for customers = intuitive UI, fewer clicks to cart, real-time inventory.
Brand POV: Ensuring stock availability at dark stores closest to high-demand zones = better visibility & faster delivery. Additionally, smart pack formats that are easier to deliver and store ensure lower logistics friction and higher rotation.
Platform POV: AI-led product placement on homepage/search for faster carting & higher conversion. Additionally, geo-based SKU listing for hyperlocal demand — what's available in one pincode may not be in another.
